The processor is in good working condition. I'm happy.
Mine is the processor in very good working condition. During installation I made a mistake and the fan with the radiator and thermal paste on it were not firmly attached into their holes and hence the contact of the processor with the copper's plate of the radiator was not enough strong. As a result my PC beeped and shut down after start to prevent the processor's overheating. Then I understood and corrected the problem. Now it is working fine and without faults. My old LGA775 system now works for 4-5 times faster. This is super upgrade just for 38$, it works even faster than my old intel i7 laptop.
