  Advertised as NEW unused. What I received was an unservicable item with signs of ware and crumpled lead. Not packaged in original manufacturers container. It had an intermittent contact in the probe head and failed calibration. The item looked different to the picture, perhaps because the way it had been poorly packaged with the lead bound up tight and placed in a soft plastic post bag. No response from seller in regard to the problem. Dreadful waist of time. Item returned via E bay.
