only one problem
The automatic fan speed regulator does not work (i.e. the fan speed does not increase under load until the gpu gets way to hot). Using RivaTuner I was able to manually control the fan speed though.

Fast CPU's require fast memory. Best memory for a DDR3 motherboard.
Super fast DDR3 is required to get every last ounce of performance out of the fast 3770k and 4770k. Defaults to 1333mhz in bios. Change clock, voltage, and timings to what is listed on the memory module to run at full OC.

Quality is lacking
This is a pc chips motherboard (m599lmr to be exact), not an Asus. Pc chips hardware is usually of lower quality and this board is no exception. While installation was easy and the processor was fine, over time there will be increasing file corruption and programs that fail to execute properly. This problem can be mitigated by running scandisk on the main drives frequently. Does not accept pci vga outputs that do not work with the integrated graphics chip. Decent value at lower prices. Neat how you can manually set the CPU speed in the bios.
