Top notch product, and fantastic tech support! I purchased a Ford Sync 2 to 3.4 upgrade kit for my 2014 Ford Escape Titanium. It took me about 40 minutes to do the entire swap. The kit came with all the parts needed, even the tools to do the work. As a surprise bonus, they also included a screen protector for the radio touchscreen. They included a step by step instruction guide (but I found a few videos on YouTube that were easier to follow). They provided instructions on how to message them via WhatsApp for final setup. When I messaged them it was the middle of the night in China, so it took them about 6 hours to reply. After that, they were very responsive! Keep in mind since they are in China, morning for them will be late in the evening if you are in the US. They messaged me and made arrangements to complete the radio setup at 8:00 PM my time. Before the appointment, they provided easy to follow instruction for installing remote control software and Forscan radio programming software on my computer. I had it all ready and waiting for them, and had the OBD to USB cable they provided connected to my computer, so it only took about 10 minutes for them to remote into my computer, run Forscan to complete the radio setup, and have me power the car off and back on. Everything works perfectly! It controls the radio, will receive normal and HD radio channels, CD player, and the air conditioning. All the steering wheel buttons work correctly. Note: Ford Sync 3.4 only supports wired Apple CarPlay. If you want wireless Apple CarPlay, you’ll need to buy a wireless CarPlay adapter.
