Bristle too thick and rough
1 of 1 found this helpful Some of my lashes were broken on first application. This was due to the applicator bristles were too rough for lashes, and too thick for the serum to stick on them I ended up brushing it over my eyebrows to test if there were any serum on. It will be better if the applicator design with just simple thin brush (like nailpolish). I am now keep the bottle lies flat to allow serum got absorbed onto the applicator. I have been routinely applying it for 2 wks and am yet to see any improvement.

Wont stick to concrete floor.
It wont stick to the floor. The floor is concrete and has been prepared with sealant few times. I ended up apply it at the back of the lino hoping overtime it will bonded with the concrete.
