Requires lots of practice
It is very difficult to use with some vegetables like carrots and needs a lot of practice to get it right. But then you can eat your mistakes too. I think it is a little flimsy and could do with a better way to support the vegetables.

Not effective
Just plug in and go. Doesn't seem to have made any difference even though I leave it on all the time

Easy to erect
Although there were no assembly instructions included it was easy to put up. Love it, looks tidy now.
