I got a response back straight away saying that it must have been lost or delivered to the wrong address.     THESE PEOPLE ARE THIRD PARTY SELLERS. Ordered item from an AU site with address being in AU so thought was safe. Package arrived directly from AMAZON UK and guess what? power source using UK plug. Contacted seller numerous times explaining no good. Took threats to go to ebay before any response. First response was to offer $15 refund to buy a compatible power plug. What about electrician cost to have it fitted?After 1 week & lots emails finally sent return postage and gave refund. DO NOT USE
