  From the seller's point of view this was fine. Well packed, thank you. The problem was Royal Mail, who didn't fulfil their obligations to deliver the package in 48 hours. It should have arrived on 10th, but it arrived today (12th). Sellers and buyers need to know that at times Royal Mail doesn't provide the service you/we/I pay for.
