20 years suffering from migrain and I discovered arko migrastick just last year.It is very helpful mostly in the beginning before the attack starts.It kinda eases the first stages before the headache/migrain pain develops so that you have time to go and take your medicine if you were far away from it. If you already have a headache or migrain I don't think that it will have the greater effect it has before the attack starts. This can vary from person to person depending also on the severity of the pain.I rub it on my forehead behind my ears over and under my eyebrows because I am desperate for the effect to ease the attack before it gets out of hand.
