  I ordered perfume that I really wanted. Instead I received some kind of skin care product with dirty packaging. I reached out to the seller multiple times to work things out, but never got a reply. I’ve had sellers cross my order with someone else’s before and the seller facilitated the other buyer and I swapping our items, leaving everyone happy. Even if there was no way for the seller to correct the issue, a simple apology would have gone far and I wouldn’t be leaving a bad review.
