  The first time I ordered, most of the snails arrived dead, but I contacted the seller and they were polite and immediately sent out another batch. The second time, many snails were also dead, but less than last time, and their shells were in poor shape. They should ideally be shipped in a larger bag of water to avoid ammonia build up, which is what happened.

  They were just a wee bit smaller than I was anticipating. I placed my order on a Sunday night and they shipped a week later on a Monday and then arrived another week later on the following Monday which was a total of about two weeks from the day that I placed my order. They all arrived alive and well. It appears that I got my 30+ as I didn’t count. They immediately went into my tank with no issues and all look great as of a few days later. For the price I’d say they’re well worth it!
