While the instrument that was sent had a minor technical issue, the seller had a team ready to resolve the issue ASAP.
The issues I have had with this purchase were on FedEx ALONE. AMP Tech was great, but they are not able to help when FedEx looses packages.
NOTE TO SELLER: Try to avoid using FedEx, while they might offer the best prices, they take no responsibility for losing packages in their system, and then randomly finding them a week later (which can cause disruptions in business plans).
