  Paid for an item, after a week it never shipped. Reached out to seller; they apologized. They gave me the option for a refund or they would mail the item. Chose to still have the item sent, since it was paid for. Shipping label was created, but never shipped again. Reached out to seller again, said they forgot to ship. Requested refund after a month, seller instantly gave me a refund. Wasteful experience.
