Mapex T575A Saddle Top Double Braced Drum Throne (17" x 4")

Dont buy if stability and wobbliness are an issue.

Biggest problem with this drum throne is that it isn't stable and will rock around at the neck point where you can adjust the height. There are numerous Youtube video reviews explaining this, I wish I saw those before committing. So I have a squeeky and wobbly throne that I paid $150 for. Unacceptable and common problem, sadly.

Quiet but weak

Quiet and easy to assemble. The problem with it is its too small for larger bodies and the resistance level is extremely weak even at highest setting. Suitable for perhaps an elderly who wants very light action but not for someone wanting to get fit. Its quiet operation is really the best thing about it.
