    The product was not as advertised. The product was returned to the seller and was delivered to the seller on 04/08/25 aust post tracking no.R251168014548877006120907. NO REFUND HAS BEEN SENT. THE SELLER DOES N0T REPLY TO EMAILS!!!!! I have lost the item cost, The item, and the postage cost as we don't have the courier on the return label operating within 100k's of me. THIS SELLER SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM EBAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Didn’t get the item after the date, suspect this is a fake account and seller. The seller replied my message to check where is my parcel after I asked them. But few days later nothing back to us. They didn’t reply my message and the item didn’t come. And I can’t track the item as well. On the website page show the item patched already. Fake seller!!!!

    Ended up receiving item but not happy with Seller performance. Item was sent without a tracking number and sellers's communication was very poor. They would not respond to my messages or the case I had to open with eBay. I really needed this item for my cat's ongoing medical issues, it was a lot of money to buy this product, but the seller made it a poor and frustrating experience.
