Did the job, but not great quality

Both jaws swivel but do not lock into positions, one jaw swiveled 360 degrees, but the other kept getting stuck. Made it difficult to get the jaws to align to get correct grip on the clip. Size of the gap in the forked jaw was only suitable for the smaller clip, I had to file out the gap by another 0.5mm to get it to fit the slightly larger clip.
