She was very clear when I would have to make payment by in order for pot to be delivered to me by a certain time, and then followed through on getting the item sent off asap and I received it quickly! Love it
I bought this product used but never would have known that it wasn't new. It was a little smaller than I thought it would be but that's my fault for not looking at the dimensions. Overall, I love this composter!
