Runs small

I'm one of those guys with a XL hat size. My uncle is a 2x hat size it fits my snug can't ware a welders cap under the head piece. And it won't even fit my uncle. It would make a great kids helmet. I'm going to try and switch out suspension with a old miller hood I have.
