Better Than Expected
I've owned 2 miller hoods and always went back to my speedglass. The Millers became backups. This hood and headgear are the best I've ever used. It lightly locks in the up position and stays there until you don't want it to. Headgear feels awesome. You can tighten as tight as you want and it doesn't hurt, with or without a cap on. The only negative I could see, is it's a little bit wider than any other hood I've had. I haven't checked the weight, but it feels lighter than any other hood I've ever had. I assume that's because of the headgear design, which is awesome. I've been welding for 21 years and have never been excited about a hood, until now.
