Hisense TV remote replacement

Construction quality is fair and the remote looks very much like the original/genuine one. However it feels different (material, construction and weight) and also responds very slowly. The range is also very short and within a few weeks the performance got worse and worse. I’m using brand new hi performance batteries, so it’s not a battery issue.
