Great seatpost
An industry benchmark! The lightest and best made aluminum seatpost such that one can have confidence in its quality, strength and longevity.

Solid, good quality bottom bracket and crank arm lock ring tool.
Works great, strong and hard tool for fitting/removing bottom brackets and crank arm lock rings. It fits the following crank arm lock rings:
- XTR FC-M950
- XTR FC-M952
- XT FC-M750 (although net tested this one personally, yet)
- LX FC-M570
You could use it in a vice but mine also works well when locked into a large pipe wrench. Make sure to use the direction that locks the jaws on the pipe wrench as you loosen or tighten your crank arms or bottom bracket. Also be very careful to keep the tool flush with the notches on the part so that it doesn't disengage when you turn and apply pressure. This is a drawback of the design of this type of fitting, not the tool.
I wedge the pipe wrench against my foot on the floor, lean on the crank and tool with my bodyweight to keep it engaged and then tap the crank arm with a rubber mallet to release the crank arm lock ring for the spider or direct-mount rings.

Great pads at a reasonable price for 2 sets
These pads fit perfectly in some Shimano XTR M951 shoes and match the red and black colour scheme of my 99 Klein Attitude restoration. I initially had some issues with squeal but found out I had contaminated the pads with anti-seize from the threads. Once I thoroughly cleaned the pads and rims with alcohol wipes everything was perfectly silent.
Stopping power is excellent thanks to the combination of the XTR v-brake linkages and linear motion plus these triple compound pads. Modulation is also very precise, no grab, completely predictable but powerful when you need it. Would highly recommend these pads vs Shimano or others from a performance and value perspective, and they're also red if that is what you are looking for.
