The most efficient zester
This zester really does just that. It removes only the zest and takes none of the white pith leaving a lovely little ball of juicy, perfect zest. The zest is caught in the well, there is no waste and it rinses out easily. No more scraped knuckles or grated fingernails either as it is easy and safe to use. All the flavour of the fruit is captured in the zest, improving the taste of whatever you use it for. This will also make a great present for my culinary friends!

Continued inspiration
I bought this book for a young person who was showing great responsibility for the planet hoping that it would continue to inspire her as the Eden Project has inspired me. Books have power!

Really works!
This is a great product which ticks all the boxes. It works, it is made from natural ingredients, it is kind to the skin and even smells good. The postage is reasonable and it arrived in good time. If there is one small criticism it is that it only comes in one size, more would be better! Recommend this product to all who care about the environment.
