Perfect roasting dishes
I was so OVER so called non-stick pans. When you roast you want oil on your potatoes and fat from the meat to make gravy. Non stick pans become impossible to clean after a while.
So I’ve come back to stainless steel. The small pan goes straight from the oven to the stove top - perfect for Gravy, and from the stove top to the oven, so it’s actually great for pasta bakes. Cook the sauce on the stove, add pasta and top with cheese, then put in the oven.
The large pan is great for all the baked veggies or a party lasagne.

Great Bedhead
This is just what we needed. Light enough to move, great height and width. The fabric is nice.
