Change Yourself | Change the World
Cannot overstate how cool this really is! Not only is it fun, relaxing, accurate. and seamlessly shares both Mindful Minutes with Apple Health app but also shared before and after meditation heart info with other apps like Welltory.. but it I simply feel better, all the time, after just a few days in a row of practicing with the (free) Inner Balance app, and charting real progress! Take it a step further by also downloading their Global Coherence app as well, and contribute your energy to global well-being as well! + <3

Inexpensive VR has Arrived!
Really amazing what you can do with such an inexpensive - yet well built, not cheap-feeling - product. Highly recommend the Within app paired with one of these!
