Metal Detecting

I have not used my Garrett products underwater yet but I heard I should seal the O rings with silicone grease. There is more than enough in this jar to do that, and it was easy to apply a layer to the different parts of the machine that have O rings (headphones, etc). It is a bit runnier than I imagined (the texture is somewhere between hand lotion and petroleum jelly) but that's probably how it is supposed to be, and it works fine for my purposes.

Great shovel

Amazing distance

I haven't gotten to test this out in the field yet but just from going around the house pinpointing stuff I can tell how amazing the range is on this pinpointer! It's a significantly more effective pointer than my previous one and has a flashlight, scraper, and inch/centimeter scale on the side as described. It feels solid and durable, and is comfortable in my hand.
