Perfect for reconditioning an older Workmate

This was just what I needed to sort out a Workmate that lost a couple of the smaller feet when it was being used outdoors, which meant it was at risk of scratching floors when used indoors. These did the job perfectly and it was a bonus to be able to replace the larger feet as well for less than some suppliers are charging just for the little ones.

Heavy Duty Flight Case Black Leather Handle x1

Perfect for restoring a vintage guitar case.

I bought this to replace a lost handle from a vintage guitar case. The manufacturer would probably be horrified at what I did to age it to match the patina of a case that is at least 70 years old, but it did the job perfectly. The handle is very good quality leather with a flexible core and tough stitching, which meant that it took up the perfect shape when I soaked it and bent it into a radical C to match the original dimensions. It also looked great when I aged and distressed the leather and deliberately corroded the metal links that attach the handle. I didn't use the brackets supplied because the hoops went straight into the old ones. The result is a handle that's really comfortable to use and a guitar case that looks the part and is totally usable again.
