DOESN'T HEAT NOR WORK
it would be much better if it worked and if the actual straps stretched and make it more flexible

Corded vacuum is ok
Obviously the company is a foreign company with zero quality control. They knew the order was Aussie yet they didn't check to include the correct plug key alone put the correct adapter in the box.
The poor instructions were written in Chinese ONLY.
If they can't send ENGLISH instructions they should not sell their product to English speaking countries.
Pretty disappointed
