Outstanding Book. Make yourself a better shooter/hunter, read it.
Another marvelous tome from this author. I think there are few writers who cam meld a high level of competence in ballistics and the mechanics of shooting form to the practical applications in hunting situations.
I highly recommend this book and any others from the same author. He presents a plethora of information in an accessible format and style that allows everyone to come away educated and better prepared for the next hunting season.

1 of 1 found this helpful This is a simple little device that provides a third hand for working on your bow without needing a second mortgage. It may not fit every bow but it has a wide range of adjustability so it should fit most bows.

A fantastic record of American history.
A fantastic record of American history. Bourke gives a fantastic record of Gen. Crook's military service campaigns in the Southwest among the Apache and in the Northern Plains against the Lakota and Cheyenne. Bourke provides a first hand account of the Battle of the Rosebud that occurred just days before the Little Bighorn Battle. Also included is a first person narrative of the Battle of Slim Buttes. Gen. Crook wasn't present for the initial assault at Slim Buttes but he was there for the follow-up battle that extended throughout the day. I highly recommend this book for anyone interested in learning more about American history of the late 19th century.
