Simple and effective
Really easy to use and gives great results.

Really old fassioned food
Whether you're into food or history you'll find this a great book. It's the recipes from the kitchens of Richard II - before potatoes or tomatoes had reached Europe. You get the original archaic English plus (most importantly) the modern translation. I found it an easy read and really enjoyed it.
