  I sent this buyer a perfectly good set of replacement beaters for their mixer. They opened a return citing they were "defective", but in the comments stated it was their mixer that was broken and they didn't need the beaters. They abused and misused the returns system and used the wrong return reason in order to avoid paying return shipping. This isn't a cool thing to do. Grade: F. I blocked the buyer and I encourage you to do the same. Bad transaction. Completely upsetting.
