Low Blood Sugar
I bought this book to get some more information about what to do and what not to do if you have low blood sugar. Personally, I felt that reading this book was like being forced to read a school novel that only put me to sleep. I did not find it helpful because the layout is not easy to follow. It has several places that jump from one topic to another, making it less easy to follow.

What a great book!
1 of 1 found this helpful As with all of these books (... For Dummies), this book is very easy to read with clearly defined sections and chapters. It has some very helpful information that a NORMAL person can actually do without needing a PHD. I loved this book and own several of these types of books.
