Bad product and broken inside case
The plastic case inside was broken in both cd holdings.. That was due to the lack of the safety of the transportation. When I heard the first cd, some small skipping in all tracks was hearable.. I dont know if this was a damaged product or sth else but it came closed so I dont know if that is your fault.
