Solved no +5V standby output from PSU.
In my case PSU did not put out +5V, this kit includes all the failed parts, one capacitor a couple resistors and one mosfet tha was I needed to get this TV working again.
I don't have much experience with electronics repair it took about 45 minutes of board work.
There are no instructions with this kit other than the description on the listing, that would have made it a 5 star for me.

Unreliable temperature readings.
Temperature readings are very unstable and inaccurate for the most part. Thermal and visual images are OK and the superimposing feature woks well and is very useful. The picture storage feature lacks file labeling but are time stamped. The build quality feels toy like, the finish is hard to keep clean. Battery life is bit short on alkaline batteries and worst with chargeable. So the thermal imaging function works OK but the infrared thermometer function is useless.
