Should have bought factory
This cable is a cheap replacement for the factory Harley Davidson cable. The threaded end that goes into the the Trans is about 1/3 shorter than the factory cable. This means much less threads engaging / tightening to hold the cable in. It seems like a good value for the price (factory is $125) but, i guess you still get what you pay for. Wish I had bought the factory cable.
