Fits my needs.
Needed it to change a bathroom fan which is no longer on the market. Little bigger than the original one but fits the place perfectly. Noisier but very very effective at pulling air out. Would buy it again

Excellent conexant modem
I've used this modem before outside the US. Very efficient for the expected slowness of a dial up connection.
