hidden annoyances

they make you wait a long time before you can file a claim for a broken part which is really frustrating if the part, like mine did, breaks before that claim period begins. therefore, i have yet to see the benefit of this protection plan. perhaps once my claim time is activated it will make sense, otherwise i have just wasted 10 dollars.

just not as nice as i expected

it's a bulky case, i have seen other ones from this company megagear that are really nice and easy to use, but this one has a lot of extra flapping when the camera is in use, still its nice for throwing in my backpack for a bit of extra protection without much bulk.
