Firstly let me say what a great ebay seller. She contacted me to say the 500ml bottle had leaked & so she was going to send me 2 x 300ml bottles instead, wow, what great service an extra 100ml for no more money, some people would have sent the 500ml & blamed the post for the leakage. The parcel arrived on time & well packaged. I love this Arnica & Sandalwood hand wash, I have osteoarthritis & the knuckles on some of my fingers are swollen & can be very painful but I find this & the gel help. 5☆.

The mascara is definitely brand new as advertised and I was pleased with the price. However it states that it is in original packaging, which it wasn't. The mascara arrived in a small plastic ziplock bag, rather than the original Estee Lauder box, which would be it's original packaging. I found this curious.
