I would highly recommend it- it works!
An excellent book which really helped me to quit the habit. I don't think I could have stopped without it, even though I am on prescribed medication to help me quit. The book tells you how the nicotine addiction works and how it affects your mind and thoughts- with many things I had never heard of anywhere else.
