Damaged, dog loves it but not worth the money
1 of 1 found this helpful The long insert that runs inside the cover bordering the outside had a 6cm cut in it half way along. Given how much I paid for this, I’m pretty annoyed. My dog loves it. I don’t no how such a expensive item can be sent damaged. But the original box it came in was open at the tab which makes me wonder if it’s new or used has it wasn’t arwpped in plastic as u would expect

Can’t use it, can’t find the cotton start, cotton breaks so easily, very weak, don’t sneeze on it.
Cotton is so weak, breaks , snaps if you sneeze on it.
Each cotton real the start of the cotton is threaded somewhere in the cotton it self. You can’t see where it is looped into the thread roll. Best of luck finding the start, if you do only on some of them, trying to pull it through to release it and unwind the cotton will break the thread, then start looking again for the start. I spent over an hour trying to find the start of the cotton and most not possible, few yes but again breaks when you add a tiny weak pull to unthread it. I handed over to many others, they where unsuccessfully in finding where the hell is the start threaded. There is no loop sticking out, or attached to the real where it starts. You need more than glasses 👓

Broken
Pen pops back in with little too no pressure. No colour will engage and hold. Can’t use it as pen tip pops straight back in
