Horrible item

Bought this item, unpackaged it, and got it ready for use. BUT... it wouldn't stay plugged in. The design for the plug was ridiculous. It has a tiny magnet on it to keep it plugged in. REALLY? So, every touch of changing the temp. or moving the basket etc resulted in the plug falling out. Packaged it back up, and brought it back.
