Really nice licorice, but I was looking for salty licorice like I used to get in Denmark, and it wasn't very salty. Good flavour and texture though

Super-effective slug n snail protection
Since putting these slug collars over some of the tastiest plants on my allotment, slugs have stayed off the plants. They are really effective!
My only concern is, because they don’t feel like a strong plastic, I haven’t managed to get them much into the ground, and because they’re so light, I wouldn’t be surprised if the ones over small plants blow away at the first puff of wind. Currently I’m holding some down with a pot of soil balanced on top. If I’d put them on when the soil was newly-dug, there probably wouldn’t be this problem.
