Very disappointing...
I was very exciting to see such a great deal, but I think I may have gotten what I paid for. There were non-stop problems from day one. Random error messages and constantly freezing. I would have to touch the screen so many times before I would get a response. I was constantly turning it off just to regain control. The volume in many modes was too soft, and the speaker phone was not clear. No one could understand me. As much as I didn't want to have to, I finally just returned it. It wasn't worth it!

Great flat iron!
Easy to use. Fits well in hand. The design makes it easy to grip and it glides over hair. Love the digital temperature setting and heats up very quickly.
