  Item wasn’t protected in a bubble bag and inadvertently left the cover and book corners damaged. I might add I’m not returning it or have I told or will ask for a return or refund, great seller communication but needs to be protected in transit.

  I was surprised at this feedback,I sent the book the same way I have sent previous books I have sold and have never had a problem before. To be fair, the cover was damaged before sending, as evidenced in my photos and description and when the buyer asked me to knock 35% off my already reasonable £8.64 selling price, this is why I agreed, so I am not sure the damage was caused in transit or if it was like it to begin with. However, I will take the comments on board for my future book sales.
