Thought about characters all day long
I read this book years ago and recently purchased this copy to send to my sister in law who is a nurse. When I read it years ago I couldn't stop thinking about it and the characters all day long while I was at work. Even to this day I think about the characters. Now I don't read much, but I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was very compelling, and I think that particularly people involved in the medical field of interested in home remedies, etc. could love it.

Great addition to display
This will make a great addition to my Cherished Teddies Santa/North Pole display that I put on my dining room table every year. This will make a fantastic centerpiece for the Santa and Mrs. Claus and elves, along with the Cherished Teddies Toy Train set that I also purchased on ebay this year. I still love my Cherished Teddies!!! Thanks.

Brought back old memories and for the enjoyment of it.
I bought this book, not because I plan to make any of the quilts, but because I remember this book as being one of my favorites "back in the day" when I was making quilts and had a lot more time on my hands. I love/loved anything by Paula Vaughan, the price was good, I don't know where my original copy is, and I wanted to look at it again and enjoy the beautiful projects depicted in the book. Basically, I just wanted to buy it for the "nostalgia value".
