  I was rash in an earlier review, This seller took the time to call me and explain that Ebays responses for sellers are very vague and he did send me an explanation that was caught up in Ebay email. He was very positive and looked to reconcile what he could. Great guy who actually does care, I will purchase from him again.   Seller communicated very well and shipped the item very quickly. For a chase piece it should have been shipped in a box. It arrived in an envelope that damaged the card, luckily I plan to crack it open for display but that could have been bad if I had planned to keep it carded. Good transaction otherwise. Thank you.
