Poor Quality Control.

when I receive this item the motor came on but no water. Contacted support and told it was probably a kinked internal hose. Dismantled the unit and found kinked hose, however could not straighten so replacement hose was sent. Installed replacement hose. Tested sprayer and found stem had tiny perforations. Contacted support and was sent a replacement stem. Now working fine. It is obvious that quality control at assembly is lacking, the only reason I gave this 2 stars is the excellent support I received from Greg the company contact.
