Sturdy stand
1 of 1 found this helpful It has a heavy, soiid feel about it. I haven't yet tried to mount our tandem on it. My guess is that it will be OK but borderline; too early to say for sure. I was disappointed that the height adjustment tube (one tube inside another) takes a lot of tightening. I have found it necessary to slide a cable tie into the tube to help with the tightening up to take up the slack between the 2 tubes. This is not a huge problem and overall it is great to be able to work on the bike at a comfortable height with no problem of overbalancing due to wide spread of the feet.

Easy to fit and remove
1 of 1 found this helpful I've used this type for many years. Last for ever and I only replace them when they seem tired or I lose one in the pool. (Surprisingly hard to find if you do!) They are easy to pop in and remove due to the design which presumably prevents you from pushing too far in. Very effective for preventing water entering ears and spending the rest of the day trying to get it out again
