  The PS5 is not brand new as listed. It has been opened and the box had some damage that looks to be more than just shipping, however, there are no scratches on the console or other parts so I will not be returning it. Seller had good communication regarding when it would be shipped and got back to me quickly.

  I'm seeing this a year late, but I'm flummoxed by this post. This was absolutely a brand new, factory sealed, unopened Playstation 5. I can't say what happened during the shipping process, but it was in perfect condition when it was sent. I'm glad to hear the PlayStation was in new condition when it arrived, but I am not surprised to hear it because it *was* new.If the buyer had concerns then I would have happily taken it back.
