  Stroller trike arrived in good time . Seller was excellent with communication even offering to pay return freight & refund when I pointed out that the handle was not height adjustable and had some small cosmetic damage due to poor packing protection from china.Very apologetic and said they would update the description ASAP and communicate with there supplier about packing protection. Grandson loves his new ride .Thanks and good luck to the seller. ������

  Crazy seller gave me the run around when I told them the WRONG item was sent. Demanded photos. Eventually said that the item I ordered does not exist! This is even though the item is pictured and offered on Ebay. Did not notify me of this but sent the wrong item instead. Blamed 'the warehouse'.Refused to pay for full return postage. Then stopped communication. Finally got refund via Pay Pal. This seller is far to crazy for me!!

  Lied about return label which was NEVER sent. Since when is being incompetant not your fault????Promised that they will 'do better next time'. How stupid! You should do your best each and every time for your customers..This seller has no idea or knows anytrhing about Customer service. If the item is no longer available tetl the customer and offer refund or another item. Comunicate!!WARNING - This seller is still advertising items which they say do not exist.Too crazy for me!!

  This would have to be the fastest service I have ever received, the item was ordered on Sunday evening 19/12/21, we received the item today, Tuesday 21/12/2. This item is a Xmas gift, last minute thought, I was hoping it would arrive on Friday 24/12/21 at the earliest, we are located 300Kms from Sydney, I have nothing but high praise for the supplier, with Xmas knocking on the door, they well and truly exceeded my expectations, well done fellows, Merry Xmas, and thank you so much.
