Didn't work for me
Really didn't work for me. Used it for one day, caused back pain that has thus far lasted 4 weeks. Wasn't in pain immedately prior to using this item, but have suffered with lower lumbar pain on/off for years. Sat in office chair all day the cause, combined with thin bones. Not saying this product caused the pain, could just be a coincidence. Was recommeded to me by a friend, worked for him. Maybe I just have a different condition that this device exasperated. I shall never use it again. I should state that I am often so very wrong about things. So maybe give it a try, get one cheap like I did (second hand, not a copy)
